TurnKey Vacation Rentals Offers Nearly 4,000 Homes for COVID-19 Front-Line Responders

TurnKey Launches Nationwide Initiative to Help Support Those Contributing to the Fight Against COVID-19

TurnKey Vacation Rentals, the Austin-based vacation rental management company, announced today that they will be offering nearly 4,000 homes across the country, either complimentary or with significant discounts on nightly, weekly or monthly rates, to first responders and medical professionals fighting COVID-19.

“Amid the uncertainty and anxiety surrounding this global pandemic, our hope is to help support those on the front lines,” said TurnKey Co-founder and CEO John Banczak. “In coordination with our homeowners nationwide, we’re proud to be able to offer a safe haven to those who need it most, and show our appreciation to the brave community of medical and emergency-response personnel.”

These rental homes will be available for medical professionals, emergency responders and others affiliated with a local or national emergency service organization responding to the COVID-19 pandemic who need a clean, convenient place to stay, either to be close to hospitals or to keep a safe distance from loved ones while they carry out this important work. These homes will initially be made available for stays through May 31, 2020.

“We’re also pleased to be partnering with Airbnb to make TurnKey homes available in their efforts to house 100,000 healthcare staff and first responders,” said TurnKey Co-founder and President T.J. Clark.

TurnKey Vacation Rentals features homes from coast to coast, in over 80 destinations including Seattle, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Austin, Nashville, Charleston and beyond. The company is encouraging emergency responders and organizations to reach out by visiting TurnKeyVR.com and filling out a form on their website. 

“Due to temporary local restrictions, we are not allowed to display availability online in many areas, but the homes are available for qualified guests, so please contact us,” added Banczak. TurnKey will then be in touch to work through accommodation requests with the homes available. All guests will be required to provide basic proof of eligibility.
